In this article, we will get to know the different jobs in
the Construction industry after taking college for construction.
The project architect works hand in hand with the manager,
consultant and the team. This person
should keep an open line of communication with the client so that he would know
what the client wants for the building. The architect should also oversee the budget
and other needed planning methods for the project. The architect also performs other tasks that
are of managerial in nature. He would
have to produce certain important documents and do some accounting tasks.
The project manager is another job in the construction
industry; this job entails having to work with the client and coordinate with
him in order to come up with the closest success there is. He will see to it that everything is going
well and therefore will "manage" the team; hence, the term manager. The manager will lead, coordinate with the
team and solve any problems that the project may face.
This person may not start directly as a manager; he may have
started from the bottom and got promoted along the way. But, he must have a degree on Construction
Management -- this is a requirement. He
should have the experience and training from ontario trade schools to go with the
requirements; there are also instances wherein he would need to enroll himself
for further studies to learn more about his field. In order to become a professional and
experienced Construction Manager, he should be able to accomplish these
requirements.
Another job is the Software Manager; this is the project
manager assigned in the field of software. He should be able to come up with the specific
tasks needed for software development and thus have enough professional
education and degree in Information Technology and Computer Science. The
software manager should have enough or even extensive knowledge on the topics
of networking and database design. Keeping an open communication with the rest of
the team is another important task that the software manager should never
forget.
Education, training and a professional attitude are
essential in these jobs of the Construction Industry.
The tasks involved in the Construction Industry are
different but each of the responsibilities lead to the success of a certain
